Arbequina Olives
|
|
Man, are these olives good! No overwhelming vinegar to get in your taste buds way. Produced in Spain's Priorat region according to traditional techniques, these olives are selected by hand and then naturally cured with water, salt, and herbs to produce a pleasantly meaty olive with a soft texture.
Arbequina olives, cured 4-6 months, are tiny but bursting with a nutty buttery flavor. Caspe-Moron or Broken olives, cured 3-4 months, are cracked before they are cured to help tenderize them and bring out their full olive flavor. And lastly,
the black Empeltre, picked ripe and cured for 12-14 months due to the higher sugar content, are so good its impossible to eat just one! Great to keep on hand as a healthy snack or create a Spanish olive mix for your guests just dont forget the pit bowl! !
Ingredients: Arbequina, Caspe-Moron, or Empeltre olives, water, salt, Mediterranean herbs. 100% natural containing no preservatives or artificial flavors.

Piquillo Peppers
|
|
Not like any other red pepper you have ever tasted
guaranteed! Pure Piquillo peppers imported to the US carry an exclusive seal of authenticity, granted only to those peppers that are hand-picked in the Ribera del Ebro region of Northern Spain. The Piquillo pepper, meaning "little beak" for its distinctive pointed shape, have, for generations, been picked and produced almost entirely by hand, using no chemicals in the washing, roasting, and peeling process. Slow roasting over open wood-fires gives these unique peppers a complex, rich and teasingly spicy-sweet flavor.
Piquillo peppers are very versatile and can be used in many applications. Try cooking, roasting, or sautéing with them. Put them in salads or stuff them. Use our new Green Piquillo peppers for stronger flavor, or combine the two to add variety and color to all of your recipes!
Ingredients: The Piquillo peppers are jarred with salt, citric acid, sugar and garlic. They are 100% natural containing no preservatives or artificial flavors.
