Enric Rovira: Rajoles and Bomboles

Enric Rovira is a chocolate artist. Each of his unique creations is not only a work of art in form, but in taste as well. Having grown up surrounded by sweets in his father's pastry shop, today Enric uses chocolate as his artisic medium to portray the tradition and character of his city, Barcelona.

Rajoles (above, left): Delicious 100 gram squares of chocolate created in the form of Barcelona’s distinctive sidewalk tiles. They come in dark (70% cocoa), caramelized milk and white chocolate.

Bomboles (above, right): Chocolate covered energy; each variety supplies a unique tasting experience. Available in fried corn, cocoa bean, and Kenyan coffee bean.
