Passionate by nature, curious by design, Dana Brewster and Mark Delvechio tend to a meticulous process of taking heritage Arriba Nacional cacao beans,  sustainably grown and prepared to their specifications, through the various stages to produce a fine flavored chocolate.  They roast, winnow and mill the cacao in their small factory in Salt Lake City to yield an exquisite chocolate experience.

Traveling the world searching for just the right responsibly grown cacao, they found their source by developing close relationships with farmers in Ecuador’s coastal lowlands, where climate and soil conditions favor this pure, indigenous variety.  The naturally occurring cacao, grown in shaded farms, has a beautiful floral aroma and fine flavor.   Their skilled processing results in a chocolate bar with deep, rich flavor, a delicate snap and smooth finish.
